Well, we accepted the seller's second counter offer last week and we are now under contract to buy. :) We are excited and are now hoping the appraisal comes in high enough.
I forgot to mention that the car was deemed totaled. The insurance will be paying them off shortly and I'll be happy to get rid of that debt. Right now, we've decided to experiment with having only one car for a while. Some days it can be difficult, but it seems to be working so far.
I'm getting antsy. A week and two days and we'll (hopefully) get to find out the baby's gender! I cannot wait.
Lastly, today is a sad day for me. Last night the Prophet and President of my church, Gordon B. Hinkley, passed away. On one hand I am happy that he is now with his wife, who passed on before him. On the other, I am personally feeling his loss and will miss him greatly.
